What is the Expansion?
We are expanding what we already do, on our existing site.
We are not buying or acquiring any more land for our expansion. Our goal is to keep doing what we already do, only on more of our property.
Where will the expansion be located?
In the blueprint below, all land shown is currently owned by Frayser Recycling. The dividing line in the middle shows where we are trying to “expand.” The area on the left, in light green, is already being used as a Construction and Demolition Facility and the area on the right, in dark green, is 34 acres of our current property that we want to expand our operations into.

What will it look like to the community?
The additional parcel of 34 acres will be converted to 17 acres for the Construction and Demolition facility and 17 acres for additional landscaping of hills, trees, and ponds. No operations will be visible from the north, east, or west for any residence. We will construct and maintain landscaping that will be visually appealing to our neighbors and the everyday traffic. The landscaping will be similar to what has been constructed along North Thomas Street near the entrance.
We have already planted 600+ trees in addition to the existing mature 90-100 ft. tall trees. We will also be planting trees on the east and south property lines to create a buffer area nearly as large as two football fields between Whitney Elementary and any operations. This will provide a visual, physical, and noise barrier between the school and our facility.
This illustration shows a simplified view of how the land of our facility will be used.
We own 60 acres, but we are only using 30 for our actual operations.
